The AIMS Cohort Model

The AIMS Cohort Model. All programs are delivered directly to five cohort leaders. Cohort leaders then cascade the programs to five of their colleagues or reports.

Priced to accommodate most learning and development budgets, costs are assigned to each cohort leader, and there are no additional costs for services provided to the cohort members they lead.

Enterprise programs include these costs, as well as instructional design, strategic planning and/or consulting costs, depending on the need.
