Tough problems continue today due to an unbalanced power dynamic in creating and applying solutions. My goal is to make sure every voice is heard in shaping our institutions and communities. I am committed to building fair decision-making processes so that those affected by poorly designed policies and services can have a say in decisions that affect them and their communities..

Specialties: Equitable Human Centered Design research, practice, co-design, and innovation in healthcare and public health.

Ryan Bauers

I believe everyone and every organization has great potential. For 25 years, I have led various organizations, gaining experience in leadership, management, strategic planning, branding, marketing, and communication. For 20 years, I have coached thousands as a leadership, life, and spiritual coach. For 15 years, I've worked as an organizational consultant, assisting businesses with strategic planning, project management, branding, personnel issues, marketing, workplace culture, and leadership development. I have pursued education in leadership and organizational development while keeping up with current research and best practices.
